"Smart Board Learning Objects"
RTB produced 2,000 learning objects for all courses at high school and university preparation level consisting of 2D and 3D interactive animations compatible with mobile and smart board devices.
These learning objects enable teachers to teach their lesson faster and more effective, and support learners to comprehend the topics and concepts, that are normally hard to understand, easier and permanently.
"Communication Systems Multimedia Content"
Radio devices being part of the Civil Security and Emergency Support Communication Solutions have been analysed in terms of usage perspective and user manuals have been produced in the light of detailed training design and knowledge reorganization.
Based on the training design, computer based training materials have been produced covering the usage scenarios of the menus and functions of the radios explained through multimedia-rich and interactive animations.
"Passenger Services Awareness Training"
In the scope of the Passenger Services Awareness Training delivered to Turkish Airlines Aviation Academy, distance education materials were produced with the aim of increasing the awareness of passenger services. The training is attended by more than 1,000 trainees.
The training has been supported with sample case scenarios including detailed analysis of concepts and terminology of the aviation personnel domain, emphasizing behaviours leading to greater customer satisfaction.
